Custom Orders Policies

-As of April 1st, we will now require an initial payment of 50% deposit for us to begin processing your order.

-No FTF goods will be released until FULL payment has been made!

-Please keep a copy of receipt or proof of payment at all times!

-For custom made items, if you change your mind of the design after we have started processing your order, you will be required to pay a minimum surcharge amount of $20. This is to compensate us for time spent on your order, so please choose your designs carefully.

-Orders normally start being processed 24 hours after payment has been successfully completed.

-We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind as these are custom made goods. The only time we offer them is if your goods are faulty. If you're eligible for a refund or exchange, you will be required to send back the FTF item(s), unworn and in original packaging and condition.

-Our aim at FTF Clothing LLC is to make sure you are happy with your purchase! We send you photos of your FTF pieces during the making process so that you know exactly what you are getting! If you have any inquiries, please email us at ftfclothing4u@gmail.com
